With the consistent investment made over recent
years, Badger Anodising has set itself targets each year to improve
all aspects of the business.
We have invested in up-to-date equipment and plant,
- for testing and monitoring of our solutions and our finished
components.
Large investments have been made into jigs which
enable us to produce work correctly - with a turn-a-round second
to none.
Badger Anodising operates a fully traceable work
tracking system, delivering full process control, and total peace
of mind for customers - our systems led to us ahieving
ISO.9001 status in 2007.
Enviromentally - we continuously seek to improve
our processes - making savings with water and solution useage.
Energy-wise, considerable savings on energy consumption have
been made recently with our installation of a new Steam
Boiler System.
